The price is right
Something that is always a bone of contention when we start to market a property is the estimation of the correct price.
With standard modern properties, it is relatively easy, using a price per m² for the habitable surface area, and then factoring in the quality of finish.
It is more difficult for older character properties, but our experience stands us in good stead, and we have a good feel for local prices. In addition, we have access to digital systems, based upon local agency data, and also from Notaire statistics, based upon completed sales.
