Types of Mandat

Types of Mandat

Mandat Exclusif - Exclusivity means that no other agent may sell on your behalf nor may you sell direct during the period of exclusivity, which last a minimum of 3 months and unless cancelled continues until the conclusion or expiration of the contract.

The Mandat Exclusif entitles you to our highest service levels with a tailored marketing and publicity campaign throughout the period of exclusivity. Please contact us for further details.

Mandat Semi-Exclusif - semi-exclusivity means that no other agent may sell on your behalf during the period of semi-exclusivity but that you may find a buyer by direct means (word of mouth, advertising) yourself providing you then pass that client to Allez-Français to take care of the sale. In this case the commission is halved. The period of semi-exclusivity is likewise of minimum 3 months and unless cancelled continues until the conclusion or expiration of the contract.

Service level is as for exclusivity but this type of mandat is only to be recommended for those able to put the time and budget to their own advertising or who have true word-of-mouth access to potential clients.

Mandat Simple - The Mandat Simple is the non-exclusive type of mandat and means that any other agent may sell on your behalf, that you may still find a buyer directly yourself and are not obliged to have an estate agent deal with the formalities if you do. Where in this case you have the opportunity to go "multi-agency" and will benefit from footfall by being in several different agencies

The Mandat Simple offers a standard service level and marketing package.
