Bridget and Peter Elias live in the beautiful Dordogne Valley area of the Corrèze department, and also cover part of the Lot department, where they have been owners since 2007. Installed in France since the start of 2001, their 1st home was in the Poitou Charentes. Peter Elias previously worked as a financial adviser, but now is a fully registered Agent Commercial in France. Previously he used to write regular columns for the local press in Coventry and Swindon, as well as broadcasting on BBC Wiltshire Sound and GWR radio stations. Kim and Nigel Cowles live in the heart of the Poitou Charentes and their 3 children have all attended school locally and grown up in the area. They look after clients in the 4 departments that make up the Poitou Charentes (16, 17, 79 & 86).

Our team is enhanced by Richard & Nikki Morford who is active in the Dordogne area. After years of dreaming, Richard Morford along with his wife Nikki finally made the move to start a new life in France and relocated to live near Piegut-Pluviers in the north of the Dordogne, close to the borders with the Charente and the Haute Vienne. Having run his own business in the UK providing photography and marketing services to estate agents, it was a natural step for Richard to become registered as an 'agent commercial' in France and he now works with the Allez-Francais team covering the beautiful Perigord Vert. Richard has been so successful that we have needed to register Nikki as an Agent Commercial also to assist. Centred around the town of Nontron, it is a region of unspoiled scenery split by fast moving streams, rolling hills and great rocky plateaus. Whilst many property buyers come to this region to enjoy the peace and tranquility, it also includes a number of bustling market towns such as Riberac, Brantome, Thiviers, Montemboeuf, La Rochefoucauld, Villebois-Lavalette and Rochechouart.
