Allez-Français was founded in 2001 by Bridget & Peter Elias, a year after they completed their own property purchase in France. Having spent a considerable amount of time searching for houses in France, we are all too aware of how time consuming and frustrating the process can be. We know that many agents will meet you at their offices and offer a portfolio of properties for you to browse through, even though you have made appointments to view specific properties a few days earlier. We don't work like that - we promise.
Having founded Allez-Français, Peter is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of client service are upheld throughout our business. He is also committed to our people, investing in the development and enrichment of the team to maintain the positive agency culture of which we are so proud. Peter's tireless focus has secured Allez-Français' success and continual growth. He leads by example, and exemplifies our values. We are committed to dealing in a professional manner with all of our clients both vendors and buyers.
Having worked previously as a highly qualified independent financial adviser, Peter Elias is able to introduce clients to a network of advisers able to place business in all aspects of finance and insurance. Combined with our expertise in the French property market, we can pass on our knowledge to your advantage, making the whole process as hassle-free as possible.
As your purchase progresses, we will, where possible refer you to an English speaking Notaire. We can also introduce you to architects or surveyors, if required, who will be able to advise you upon the condition of your house or perhaps assist with drawings that you may require in connection with proposed improvements.
Bridget and Peter Elias live in the beautiful Dordogne Valley area of the Corrèze department, and also cover part of the Lot department, where they have been owners since 2007. Our team is enhanced by Richard & Nikki Morford who is active in the Dordogne area. After years of dreaming, Richard Morford along with his wife Nikki finally made the move to start a new life in France and relocated to live near Piegut-Pluviers in the north of the Dordogne, close to the borders with the Charente and the Haute Vienne. Having run his own business in the UK providing photography and marketing services to estate agents, it was a natural step for Richard to become registered as an 'agent commercial' in France and he now works with the Allez-Francais team covering the beautiful Perigord Vert. Richard has been so successful that we have needed to register Nikki as an Agent Commercial also to assist. Centred around the town of Nontron, it is a region of unspoiled scenery split by fast moving streams, rolling hills and great rocky plateaus. Whilst many property buyers come to this region to enjoy the peace and tranquility, it also includes a number of bustling market towns such as Riberac, Brantome, Thiviers, Montemboeuf, La Rochefoucauld, Villebois-Lavalette and Rochechouart.
Richard has actually finished the 2014, 2015 & 2016 yearsas the number 1 agent in the JeSuisAgentImmobilier network on the basis of sales achieved during the year.

Further south, we have some properties in the Gascony area, particularly the Gers and Tarn & Garonne departments. Gascony is a special region of France, famed for its gentle pace and tranquil rural beauty - and every property within our portfolio has something special about it, too. While standards throughout are high, each property has its own individual character and charm.

All our agents are fully registered with our parent agency : JeSuisAgentImmobilier.com who have offices in Bordeaux. Each agent is fully registered, holding appropriate professional and civil insurance. We work under the authority of this French agency, using their Carte Professionale.
We offer what we believe to be the best choice of property in South West France, plus other services such as currency exchange, mortgages, property & personal insurance, and even swimming pool installations. We are not a traditional agency - (thank goodness, I hear you say), we work using C21st methods, but above all we work with you and not against you.
When you wish to come and visit selected properties yourself we will take care of the agenda for your visit. We will arrange viewings with the owners and will accompany you, on these visits to facilitate communication and to ensure that all appointments are kept and run smoothly to avoid wasting your time. Each of our agents has a good sized territory to manage, so you won't have to deal with several individuals within a single department for example.
Very often our clients will change their minds as the options with properties become clearer to them. This is when our personal touch really sets us apart. We believe that our success is down to our ability to listen to our clients requirements and assess their needs.
Our motivation is the challenge of exceeding those expectations and ensuring the desired outcome for our buyers.
