A couple of years ago, we coined the phrase "Allez-Français, selling houses, not just marketing them". Lots of our vendors have been impressed with how we project our properties via our own website, (and of course other sites).

The main compliment that we receive is for the quality of our photographs. Because, quite simply, we take more care than other agents. We use quality digital SLR cameras, specialist lenses & software, with images taken on a tripod. In addition we think about the composition of the images.

The human eye sees the world very roughly a 4:3 aspect ratio, and therefore our brain finds the horizontal / landscape view format more pleasing, NOT the smartphone vertical picture that so many other agents use! We also stay clear of those ridiculous 360° images that some agents use, with massive distortion.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.

It was adopted on 14 April 2016, and after a two-year transition period, becomes enforceable on 25 May 2018. The GDPR replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive.

The new legislation is coming into effect to make sure all companies are protecting their customers’ information, and respecting their choices in the communications they receive.

In order to operate efficiently as a property agency we need our clients to positively "opt in " if they wish to continue to receive effective communication about new listings, price changes etc.

We are also providing options for additional services, most notably General Marketing such as our monthly Newsletter, and more specific approval for financial services referrals.
