However, this can be swapped with a property anywhere in the world, although we expect most to be UK related. We have experience in the French property market since 2000, giving us the expertise required. If you send us an e-mail with your existing property details, and your preferred exchange location and requirements, we will contact you to fully explain the procedures.
We have even negotiated a 10% discount on solicitor fees for the buyer of the French property in the event that the client uses our nominated lawyer to oversee their purchase. In addition, working closely with our International banking partners we can arrange:
- Mortgages in the UK or France
- The transfer of funds to take best advantage of leading currency exchange rates
- Vendor loans - if you are not eligible for a mortgage, the vendor may agree to give you a secured loan for the difference.
