Television is looking for participants for a new primetime series of I want that house. It isnt about taking a holiday in the sun and looking at some nice houses. We are looking for people SERIOUS about property developing abroad and willing to lay their money on the table when they see a fantastic bargain. Two of the programmes in the series will be about buying property in the prosperous market of France (particularly the Vendee, Charente, and Charente-Maritime). We want people who want to make money fast from their investment and are savvy enough to realise where the hotspots are, buy and develop their new purchase and either sell it on or get a revaluation to see how much profit they have made. Contact us for further details - filming starts in September.
SIPPS - using your personal pension to buy a home in France.

HRH approval of la vie en France!

HRH The Prince of WalesHRH The Prince of Wales spoke recently with an endorsement of the virtues of old-fashioned values, he warned of the danger of "sucking out every drop of culture" in the rush to adopt the advances of modern life. "Sometimes, nowadays, you get this awful feeling that everything has to be so efficient and relevant that there's no room in life for the things that make it all worthwhile," the Prince said. "Why do so many people nowadays want to go and live and have their holidays in France?" Prince Charles asked. "They want to make the most of all the inefficiencies of so-called peasant farming life - the wine, the food, the ambience. "We are in real danger of sucking out every drop of culture from the things that we value as important." We couldnt agree more. Britain and the politicians in particular, have lost the plot, resulting in growing numbers looking to move to France.
