Produced entirely
in France by professional broadcasters and journalists, each monthly
audio magazine consists of an hour-long programme in French on audio
cassette (or CD) packed with news, features, and interviews reflecting
what's going on in France.
A booklet containing a word-for-word transcript and an extensive
glossary accompanies the audio component. In addition to translations
into English of difficult words and phrases, the glossaries contain
extensive biographical, historical, political, and cultural notes
prepared by experienced editors - many of whom also write for some
of the world's most prestigious newspapers and magazines. An optional
study supplement with listening exercises and grammar drills is
also available in each issue.
Interviews with the actress, Juliette Binoche and the round-the-world
balloonist, Bertrand Piccard, features on the power struggle within
the National Front, the Monet exhibition in Paris, and what its
like to be black in France are among the recent segments on this
lively French-language audio magazine. Other highlights over the
years have been profiles of interesting people such as Francois
Mitterand, Brigitte Bardot and Jacques Chirac. Each subscription
comes with a 30 day full money-back guarantee! Subscribe Today and
give your French a boost!

Property
as an investment
For the 3rd
consecutive year the FTSE index had a fairly torrid time, losing
25% during the year and in total a drop of almost 45% over the last
3 years.
Property prices
in the UK continued to boom in 2002, rising very strongly in most
areas, but 2003 is predicted to be a much more sober affair for
England, Wales and Scotland. Prices are expected to fall in several
areas.
House prices
in France have continued on an upward trend, increases of between
20 and 25% seem to be acknowledged in some areas where easier travel
has been facilitated by cheaper air flights, for example to Poitiers
and La Rochelle.
2003 could
prove to be a momentous year for the UK and the Euro as Gordon Brown
has said he will review the situation by June to assess the prospects
of Britains entry into the single currency. If GB does decide to
go ahead, as it surely must at some stage, the £ has a current
expected entry level of 1.40 , which would mean a reduction in the
value of sterling of around 10% from levels of 1.54 - 1.55 at the
start of 2003.

may be aware about Title

There has been a change to the policy this year and the maximum
purchase price or a value of 228,670 Euros or less is the highest
that we can now cover.
