From now until the end of September, we have a very high demand for viewings, and our team are often booked out 7 to 10 days in advance.
We therefore suggest that in order to help you avoid disappointment, that you provide us with plenty of notice for your viewing requirements.
We inevitably find that we have better results with clients who have planned their visit with us and spend perhaps a ½ day viewing rather than trying to maintain a schedule of pre-selected viewings with many agents. In our view quality is much better than quantity.

BREXIT - What next?
So the UK has made its decision, and that is to leave the EU. Will that change things for people purchasing houses in France?
The existing UK – France tax treaties will remain in force, and will continue to protect UK residents’ position in France. It is very unlikely France will impose any travel or ownership restrictions on UK owners of French property, as most UK owners will have French assets become fully liable to French taxation.
For most buyers, the goal of owning a house in France remains a vision. Most clients that we have spoken to during the period of the Referendum campaigning have stated that it will not change their minds. Some people, will naturally be more cautious and adopt a "wait and see" approach.
Some clients have even suggested that the vote decision will actually push forward their decision to move to France, as they are saddened by the vote outcome. This is the start of what we are calling 'Brexodus'. The momentum for these clients to buy is an interesting development.
What is clear is that France is still a wonderful place to own a home, enjoy a superb, slower paced lifestyle, plus in the south west of course, we also enjoy fabulous weather with temperatures around 30°C.
Nothing has changed in that respect..........
