Exclusive mandats

During the last 12-18 months, as a company, we have enjoyed good success from working on exclusive mandats. This is now our preferred method of working with vendors.

Why? Results have proven that we are able to manage advertising of the property better, (avoiding duplication), and of course have a consistency of price, which is good for buyer & seller.

When our vendors understand the benefits, they generally are keen to "run" with our plan, for at least a 3 or 6 month period, some even longer.

Our buyers know that these properties can only be found on our site (and those used by us).

It does not prevent us from working in collaberation with another agency - in fact we often welcome the opportunity.

Summer viewings - warning

The summer has well and truly arrived in S W France, and temperatures are forecast to be in the 30°s touching 40° C at times.

 

So we recommend all clients travelling to view houses with us to keep plenty of water with them at all times, and stop for a breather now and again. In the event of delay, please advise us so that as a courtesy, we can advise the other parties involved.

 

At this time of year our diaries are also very busy – often booked up 7-10 days ahead. This means that some potential buyers cannot be accommodated when they get in touch with last minute viewing requests.
